Itinerary
Senior Management Program: Chief Commercial Officer consists of three phases
Phase 1: In-person in Madrid
The program will begin with three residential days in Madrid where we will master the following themes:
1. Crucial trends for a Chief Commercial Officer on Sales and Business Development.
2. Setting your strategy in a disrupted world
3. Strategic Innovation and Transformation
Phase 2: Online immersion
This phase is developed through an online immersive format. It is composed of the following modules: Strategic Sales Management, Key Account Management, Digital Marketing, and Business Model Transformation 8 weeks each. During this online period, and in parallel to completing the online modules, the participant will have 5-hour workshops on Strategic Mindset and Leadership every 6 weeks.
Phase 3: In-person in Barcelona
The program ends with three residential days in Barcelona, where the following themes are learned:
1. Managing your new role: Chief Transformation Officer
2. Moonshot thinking and growth mindset
3. The role of the Chief Commercial Officer in C-level Boards

Posee un doctorado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, así como un MBA por Esade y la Fuqua School of Business.
