About eWorks Accelerator program

Every founder and startup has unique needs, from their launch phase until they start to grow. That's why we personalize the journey of each team that goes through our program. We believe in learning by doing, in moving forward with intention, and in being by your side when you need it most. You lead your progress through bi-weekly sprints while we accompany you and offer support in those areas where you want to grow. It's not about following a set path but about building your own with the necessary tools and support to go further.
This 2025 edition, we celebrate eWorks' 10th anniversary with the biggest, most international and curated edition yet. What's more, the best startup/s can get a prize of up to €10,000!
This accelerator is a hybrid, annual, and free program that runs from June to November, culminating in a Demo Day where the top 10 startups present their projects to our community, investors, and other successful founders.

Support & mentorship
Support is key. We will be by your side throughout the program, and in the second phase, you will have access to a network of mentors with different specializations.
The structure
The program, valued at +€20,000, is completely free (equity-free), hybrid, and available in English and Spanish. Structured in two strategic phases, it's designed to maximize the growth of each startup, with the opportunity to win up to €10,000 to boost your company.
In the first phase, from June to September, you focus on developing and preparing your project. We start with a mandatory in-person 2-day boot camp in Barcelona in June. During this stage, you have access to 24/7 resources and tools, participate in workshops with experts, and expand your network.
If your project is among the most promising, you advance to the second phase, from September to November. This intensive acceleration program includes personalized mentoring with top-tier experts, designed to fine-tune your strategies and boost your growth.
We finish with an exclusive Demo Day with an in-person fair where all startups can showcase their projects, and the 10 best pitch to international investors, founders, and leaders of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Moreover, the winning project/s of up to €10,000 are announced.
Who can join?
The eWorks Accelerator is a selective program that seeks to identify and support high-growth projects so that they can develop efficiently and sustainably. The accelerator is open to Esade students and alumni, as well as external entrepreneurs with no connection to Esade.
We seek teams that demonstrate passion, commitment, and a desire to make a positive impact on the world. Both formed teams and individuals with validated ideas or projects are welcome. Ideally, teams should have someone capable of developing the required technology or an expert in the field in question, and also a profile more oriented towards sales.
🔔 Essential requirement: (1) register from February to June, and (2) although the program is mainly online, your presence in Barcelona is required for the initial boot camp in June. This event marks the starting point and prepares you to make the most of the experience.

If you are in Barcelona and, upon request, have access to our co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and other facilities in the Innovation Rambla (such as the Fab Lab, Media Room, or Fusion Point) on the Sant Cugat and Pedralbes campuses.

By advancing to the second phase, you will have access to exclusive sessions with high-level mentors who will guide you in decision-making and help you face strategic challenges.
