Every founder and startup has unique needs, from their initial launch phase through to sustainable growth. We believe in learning by doing, moving forward with intention, and being by your side when you need it most.
Our program helps seriously motivated founders, regardless of industry, background, or experience, in moving high-potential projects from validated opportunities to real market growth. Because no two ventures are the same, we personalize the journey of every team. You lead your own progress through regular sprints, while we provide the tools and support in the specific areas where you want to scale. It is not about following a set path; it is about building your own with the expert accompaniment needed to go further.
This accelerator is an online, annual program running from June to October, designed to move high-potential projects toward market readiness. The journey culminates in a Demo Day, where top-performing startups present their projects to our community, a panel of investors, and successful founders.
While the program is valued at +20,000€, we strive to keep it accessible: participants only cover a reduced administrative registration fee to enroll in the official microcredential program. To further support our ecosystem, this fee is fully waived (0€) for Esade/URL students and alumni.

The structure
The eWorks Accelerator is an equity-free program (valued at +€20,000) delivered in English, the core of the program is 100% online, focusing on market readiness and the development of an entrepreneurial mindset.
One Unified Journey: June to September
The program runs as a single, continuous cohort from June 10th to September 30th. This unified structure ensures that every participant has access to the full academic experience and the opportunity to earn the official certification.
- Online Training & Sprints: Engage in regular sprints, specialized workshops, and expert-led sessions designed to move your project from a validated opportunity to real market growth.
- 24/7 Resource Access: Throughout the program, you’ll have access to a curated set of tools and updated content created by experienced founders.
- The Microcredential: All enrolled founders who complete the program requirements (including 80% attendance and required deliverables) will receive the official Esade Microcredential, regardless of the final status of their startup. (Read more about the microcredential here.)
Demo Day & The Pitch Selection
The program reaches its peak on October 22nd with our annual Demo Day in Barcelona. While the academic journey is online, we bring our community together in person for this high-impact event.
- The Startup Fair: Every participating team is invited to join the in-person fair in Barcelona to showcase their project to our community of founders and ecosystem leaders.
- The Main Stage: In late September, we select a group of the most promising projects to pitch live to a panel of international investors.
- Intensive Preparation: Selected finalists receive exclusive, dedicated mentoring during the final weeks to refine their decks and master their pitch for the stage.
Who can join?
The eWorks Accelerator is a selective program designed for high-growth projects. We welcome applications from Esade students and alumni, as well as external entrepreneurs with no prior connection to the school.
Both established teams and individuals with validated ideas are encouraged to apply. Ideally, teams should possess a balance of technical expertise (product development) and a strong orientation toward sales and business development.
What We Look For
To ensure the success of the cohort, we select projects based on the following criteria:

- Validation: A strong understanding of the problem and a validated market opportunity.
- Scalability: High potential for growth and a positive impact on the world.
- Sustainability: A viable path toward economic growth and long-term sustainability.
