Women at Esade
Esade women are innovators, difference-makers, game-changers.
They know where they want to go — and forge their own path to get there. As founders, senior executives and directors, they lead with purpose and a global perspective in organizations around the world. They create impact where it matters most: doing good, doing better, transforming the future their way.
They are women with impact. Women like you.

Esade Women Initiative: Academic reference and agent of change
Esade aims to be an agent of change in matters of diversity and gender equality through education, research and social debate.
From the start, Esade has promoted equality through numerous initiatives aimed at building more just, inclusive, and sustainable environments. Aware of the need to extend this commitment beyond the classroom, we have created the Esade Women Initiative, positioning Esade as an academic benchmark in gender equality and female leadership, generating knowledge, impact, and real transformation in the business and social spheres.
Esade Gender Monitor. Data to understand and move forward.
Gender equality policies of Spanish companies increasingly meet the needs of female executives.
The number of female executives who say their companies have policies that include gender equality in their strategy has climbed to 72.5%, reflecting the growing integration of equality into corporate strategies and its impact on women’s professional development.
Women in Business & Allies Club
At Esade, we encourage our female students and participants to be as active as possible, fostering meaningful participation in both academic and professional life and building support networks with long-term impact. The Women in Business Club, founded by students, has become a leading platform for the exchange of experiences, leadership development, and mutual support among women leaders of today and tomorrow.
Equal: A student association committed to equality
Equal is an association that seeks gender equality, the empowerment of women and the visibility of the feminist movement within the university community. From our point of view, the university is a space that should be safe, inclusive, and supportive for everyone, as well as a community that supports one another. We wish to join forces and share ideas on how to move forward towards a society that is more inclusive and respectful. We welcome students from all degrees, since we believe that everyone can contribute to creating a more just and positive society.
