Faculty Office for Innovation
The Faculty Office for Innovation contributes to the design, development, and implementation of those learning experiences that make Esade a benchmark for innovation. These initiatives combine different methodologies, content, dynamics, resources, tools, and technologies. The office accompanies Esade faculty in the development and implementation of new teaching dynamics that improve student learning.
What we do
Innovative learning experiences
We offer on-demand teaching advice to accompany professors in the implementation of innovation in the various stages of the teaching and learning process (design, delivery, evaluation, and feedback).
Teaching Development Program
We contribute to Esade's commitment to ensure excellent teaching that supports the acquisition of the knowledge, skills, and values that future professionals will need to respond to society's challenges – and so we help optimize student learning experiences. The offer for faculty includes training, counselling, and mentoring in accordance with Esade's teaching competency framework.
Technology-Enhanced Learning
We aim to promote the educational use of technologies and digital content that enhance teaching and learning.
