Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the highest governing and representation body of the Esade Foundation, which is the legal titleholder of Esade. The Board of Trustees operates within a framework of collaboration between the Society of Jesus and civil society.
Half of the members of the Board of Trustees are appointed by the Provincial Father of the Society of Jesus. The other half – individuals known for their reputation in the business, legal, academic, or cultural spheres – are appointed by co-option after taking into consideration the non-binding opinion of the Foundation’s Assembly of Members.

Esade Foundation Assembly of Members
The Esade Foundation Assembly of Members is made up of individuals as well as legal entities. Its function is to inform and advise the Board of Trustees and to engage in multiple forms of collaboration, ranging from financial contributions to support for research activities and promotion of their services.
