Respecting Esade values in our community
Esade’s values concern us all. These values have to prevail above all else, and the different groups that make up Fundació Esade have to apply them in all their actions and decisions, Consequently, participants, faculty, employees, Board of Trustee members and third parties with ties to Esade have to base their conducts and actions on these values.
Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct
Our Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct serve to guide our actions and represent a source of information for any questions regarding our conduct.
What is the Ethics Channel?
The Ethics Channel is a confidential service created by Esade for the entire community (students, faculty, administrative and service staff, executives, board of trustee members and third parties with ties to Esade) to:
Raise questions and/or concerns regarding the interpretation or application of Esade’s Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct or any internal norms supporting these.
Report any potential non-compliance with Esade’s Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, internal norms or laws.
The Ethics Channel is the primary internal platform designated by Esade for its community members and third parties to report potential irregularities or wrongdoing related to its Code of Ethics and Conduct, its internal norms or applicable laws. The platform’s technology guarantees the confidentiality of said reports and their integrity. You can access the Ethics Channel at any time via this link.
The Ethics Channel complements and does not substitute the habitual communications channels Esade uses with its employees, students, external collaborators and other third parties with which it has a direct working, academic, commercial or professional relationship. In this respect, you should try to use those channels to address any issues prior to turning to the Ethics Channel.
