New edition of the executive training programmes for NGOs
Esade and the ”la Caixa” Foundation present a new edition of their executive training programmes for NGOs for the 2025–2026 academic year:
- Executive Programme in NGO Management (Barcelona) - 27th edition
- Leadership and Social Innovation Programme (Madrid) - 20th edition
Both programmes are designed to meet the constantly evolving needs of people in leadership positions within the social sector. They foster the development of management, leadership and innovation skills to more effectively address the social and organisational challenges of the future.
We ensure knowledge transfer and experience-based education through training programs to help our students develop and enhance their capacities as agents of change and thus contribute to improving society.
For this reason, the Institute participates transversally in Esade's educational programs, offering subjects such as Business in Society; Managing Sustainable Impact; Corporate Social Responsibility; Ethnographic Sensibility as a Tool for Social Change; Dignity, Resistance & Social Change; Business Ethics & CSR; Social Thinking; Business, Government & Society; Technology for Social Impact; and Big Data, Regulation & Ethics, among others.
In addition, the Institute organizes specific training programs aimed at individuals with management responsibilities in the non-profit sector: NGO/NPO Leadership and Management Program, Leadership and Social Innovation Program, and Esade-PwC Social Leadership Program.
