The Conflict Management Research Group at Esade analyses the efficient management of conflicts in various legal and business spheres
We carry out basic and applied research that provides social value and an economic analysis of law. We work together with legal professionals, companies, and organizations involved in the management of public and private conflicts.
Research areas
Our mission is structured in two main research areas:
- Efficient conflict management: tools, skills, and models
- Conflictivity and analysis of new conflicts in an inclusive global society
DIALOGA Student Award
Esade Law School, the Conflict Management Research Group, and the Notarial Association of Catalonia present the DIALOGA Award, which is open to secondary school students in Catalonia and is supported by the Departments of Education and Justice of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
