Esade-ISS Sustainability Barometer in the Workplace

Join our community

The Esade-ISS Sustainability Barometer in the Workplace is an initiative by the Esade Institute for Social Innovation and ISS Spain that promotes knowledge and debate on sustainability in workspaces. Through various actions, it aims to understand how companies are integrating ESG criteria into their workplaces and provide tools to drive this transformation.

In a context of systemic crises and continuous transformation, workplaces are no longer just physical spaces but have become engines of social innovation and sustainability. The Barometer examines this evolution and its impact on business strategy, leadership, and organizational culture, identifying key trends and best practices for effective integration, helping companies adapt swiftly to new challenges.

Through its biennial study and other initiatives such as webinars and discussion forums, the Barometer provides a roadmap based on data and real-world cases. Its analysis enables companies to anticipate trends, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen their position in a market where sustainability is key.
