Effective communication is crucial for leaders, linking their success to persuasive presentation skills. While some are naturally talented, many develop these skills through training. This program helps leaders master impactful communication.
With the rise of digital media, effective communication has become more challenging. On-camera presence is increasingly important as leaders adapt to evolving ways of connecting with audiences.
Participant profile
The program focuses on three essential skills for today’s leaders:
- Executive communication for high-impact messaging
- On-camera leadership
- Media training for top executives
Each of these skills is taught from the perspective of a seasoned practitioner with expertise across all three disciplines, delivering a comprehensive, 360º learning experience.
The participant profile includes individuals with 9 to 15 years of experience, as well as those with more than 15 years of experience. At the leadership level, it encompasses CEOs and senior managers, as well as functional managers. The areas of expertise cover general management and strategy, along with leadership and people management.

Improve your on-camera presence: you will answer tough questions and learn strategies for a variety of presentation styles,
as well as tips and tricks to make your on-camera presence memorable (background, lights, sound) and techniques to give your presentations more energy.

The sessions are 100% practical and highly interactive, combining brief blocks of theory with group video analysis and a variety of dynamics (individual, pairs, and group activities).
