This year marks the fifteenth edition of the Management in Non-Governmental Organizations (DGONG) programme, offered in Barcelona, and the eighth edition of the Leadership and Social Innovation in Non-Governmental Organizations (LIS) course in Madrid.

With a view to fostering a culture to improve internal management, both programmes use a methodology that includes case studies, debates and roundtable discussions to encourage learning. Both likewise emphasize aspects such as motivation, communication skills and international exposure.

Pioneers in delivering strong advanced training for executives in the third sector, these programmes have enabled a qualitative leap over the years in terms of the responsibilities such professionals are able to assume within their organizations.

‘I believe that the course owes its fundamental success to an exceptional combination of top-quality lecturers and a meticulous working method that facilitates and encourages constant knowledge transfer amongst the lecturers themselves and between them and the participating students.’
Enric Morist, Catalan Red Cross (DGONG ‘07)

‘From the very first module, I had access to knowledge and tools directly applicable to everyday situations and, above all, to my organization’s future (…). It was the best training investment we have ever made.’
Carlos Rosón, general manager of IGAXES3
(DGONG ‘12 and LIS ‘13)

‘The extremely dynamic and practical materials and classes ended up offering ideal shortcuts for solving problems that would have taken three times longer to solve alone. Moreover, the programme offered us the chance to meet executives from other organizations, which gave us insight into other organizational realities and allowed us to learn from their experience.’
Dani Jorquera, president of Casal dels Infants per a l’Acció Social als Barris
(DGONG ‘13)

There is still time to participate in the course ‘Leadership and Social Innovation in Non-Governmental Organizations’. The programme is divided into intensive modules that can be taken individually or together. View the full programme
