Luis Vives, Associate Professor at ESADE Business School and Director of International Custom Programmes in Executive Education, has been appointed Associate Dean of the Full-Time MBA at ESADE. “We want our MBA to remain a benchmark in the global business world,” commented Dr. Vives, who has extensive academic experience in the field of management. “That’s why we’re constantly innovating in the design of the programme, incorporating solutions to meet the high expectations of our students, the executives of the future.”

Forty-nine nationalities are represented in the current ESADE MBA graduating class. The programme offers multiple customisation options and the flexibility to choose a 12-, 15- or 18-month format. “We’re living in an age of constant change,” commented Dr. Vives. “At ESADE, we’re aware of this, so we designed a solid programme that provides participants with the tools and skills they need to create value and lead in today’s increasingly global and digital world.”

Dr. Vives compared the MBA to a high-performance centre: “An MBA should accelerate participants’ careers, whether they choose to pursue a career in business or become entrepreneurs.” In 2014, 88% of the graduating class found a job within three months of graduation. In 2015, the Financial Times recognised the ESADE MBA as one of the top 10 programmes in the world for entrepreneurs, reserving special praise for the ecosystem supported ESADE Alumni, ESADECREAPOLIS and EGarage.

The ESADE MBA also features practical experiences based on various Labs, Action Learning Consulting Projects, Study Treks and study-abroad options at top-tier schools across the globe, including the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, the Kellogg School of Management, and the University of California at Berkeley.
