ESADE Law School represented at 3rd Legal Management Forum
Yesterday in Madrid, the third edition of the Legal Management Forum – one of the most important events in the Spanish legal sector – brought together over 600 attendees and more than 30 speakers from Spain and abroad. Spanish Minister of Justice Rafael Catalá delivered the opening remarks at the event. ESADE Law School was well represented at this major conference. Alumna María Zelich participated in a panel discussion moderated by Carlos Rueda, Managing Partner at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, entitled: “Generation Z: The Lawyers of the Future.
Eugenia Navarro, Lecturer of Legal Marketing and Strategy at ESADE Law School, moderated a panel discussion entitled “What Today’s Companies Expect of Law Firms, which featured the participation of Óscar García Maceiras, Director of Legal Consultancy at Santander, Mercedes Carmona Mariscal, Director of Legal Consultancy at BP Western Europe and Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) in Europe, and Marta Casas, Director of Legal Consultancy and Deputy Secretary-General at Abertis and member of ESADE’s Professional Advisory Board.
As part of a pioneering initiative, ESADE Law School broadcast the entire event – which lasted more than 10 hours – live via streaming. The topics covered included innovation, pricing, project management, knowledge management, alliances and business development, reputation management, cybersecurity and blockchain, and strategy of corporate legal consultancy departments.
