ESADE launches new website for Latin America
With the aim of increasing its direct presence in the region, ESADE has launched a new website focused on Latin America. Oriented towards creating a high-level training ecosystem in the region, the new site forms part of ESADE’s strategy for growth in the Americas.
Since September 2013, ESADE has maintained a presence throughout Latin America through five regional directors: José Miguel Hartasánchez (Mexico City), Emilio del Castillo (Bogotá), Andrea Asencios (Lima), Xavier Sánchez Casademunt (São Paulo) and Alejandro Bernhardt (Buenos Aires). With these five directors and the new website, ESADE has heightened its awareness of the region’s needs for executive education programmes, MBA and university programmes, and professional development services.
Preferred by Latin American students
As pointed in a recent article published by the New York Times, ESADE is one of the business schools preferred by Latin American students. Furthermore, ESADE, where some 19 percent of this year’s graduating class hails from Latin America, has just started a study program called Doing Business in Latin America. In the same line, the school’s general M.B.A. program — until now taught in English — will offer a full-time Spanish course.
ESADE’s roots in Latin America
ESADE has had ties to Latin America since its creation more than 55 years ago. Today, ESADE has a large community of Latin American partners and collaborates with the region’s top universities. In several Latin American countries, ESADE has provided innovative, world-class executive training, including open and custom programmes that have an impact on executives and their companies from day one.
ESADE has always had many Latin American students, especially in its Full-Time MBA. Hundreds of Latin American ESADE graduates are now working in the region and across the globe.
