EFMD to hold global Deans conference at ESADE in Barcelona
EFMD will hold their 2015 Deans & Directors General conference in Barcelona, Spain, from 29-30 January. The event will be hosted by ESADE Business School and chaired by Prof. Peter Moizer, Dean of the Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds, UK.
"We are honoured to be hosting the EFMD Conference for Deans & Directors General," said ESADE Director General Eugenia Bieto. "This event will address a broad range of important educational issues and draw attendees from all over the world to ESADE and to the city of Barcelona. ESADE has been involved with the EFMD from its very beginning. This is an excellent opportunity to continue the discussion around the trends and implications of business education."
The conference brings together almost 400 Deans from 50 countries to share, exchange and debate on some of the key issues facing business education. The programme design includes a mix of plenary and breakout sessions with an outstanding line up of speakers that includes:

There will also be a series of working groups covering themes such as: Developing Global Mind Sets; Branding and New Markets; International Research Collaboration; Enhancing the Quality of Business Schools; Is Being a Dean Good for your Career? Collegiality vs. Management: How to Manage Faculty? Do Business Schools Belong in Universities?
