  • ESADE was founded 50 years ago. Today it is one of the most prestigious higher-level academic institutions in the world, renowned for its high educational standard, its international connections and a market orientation that is integral to professional and interpersonal development.

    The Combined Five-Year Bachelor and Master in Law programme leads to the qualifications of Bachelor's Degree in Law and Master's Degree in Business Law, both conferred by Universitat Ramon Llull. What characterises this programme and sets it apart from all the rest can be summed up in a few words: rigorous training in Law, an international focus, individualised support and professional career guidance.

    ESADE also belongs to THEMIS, a network of the four top European Universities: Frie Universität Berlin; Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and Université Paris 12. A THEMIS Joint Certificate in Internacional Business Law is a new approach to business law education responding to an ever-increasing demand that law professionals have international know-how and expertise.

  • In this era of globalization, it is crucial that emerging professionals have an awareness of international law and of the legal systems governing other countries. For this reason, ESADE has developed a rich international, comparative law curriculum and a worldwide network of 40 exchange partners. Additionally, the school offers an extensive list of courses in English to insure its participants are linguistically prepared to manage international affairs.

    The International Relations Office of the Law School actively and directly guides its own globalization process through exchange programs, international programs, visiting professors, fairs, symposiums and conferences.
