Academic objectives
The programme's academic goals are focused on candidates acquiring the following competencies and skills:
  • To be able to analyze and formulate research questions, taking into account emerging research lines from the field in which they focus their research activity.
  • To conceptualize and implement with rigor research designs and methodologies to allow them to contribute to expand the frontiers of knowledge in their research field. 
  • To effectively and clearly communicate orally and in writing, participating in international conferences, visiting international centers with research groups and publishing of scientific results.
  • To be able to occupy intellectually demanding academic positions and to lead R & D+I projects.

 

In conjunction with relevant institutions and individuals, ESADE's research units are dedicated to the development and dissemination of knowledge germane to the business world, the non-profit sector, the legal professions and the general populace.

The research efforts of these units are organized around thematic nuclei established by ESADE. In this way, each ESADE-recognized institute, center, faculty and research group articulates and coordinates their individual contributions. This method promotes the development of long-term projects wherein individual researchers can engage specific lines of research relevant to an umbrella objective worked for by the whole team.
