Acreditations
  • ESADE's commitment to the highest academic standards and to ongoing improvement and innovation has been rewarded by the three most prestigious awards of excellence granted to business schools:
  • European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS)
In 1998, ESADE was the first business school in Spain and one of the first in Europe to receive the institutional accreditation European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), granted by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). Dr. Carlos Losada, Director General of ESADE, has been a member of the EFMD Executive Board since 2003.

The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International)
In 2001, ESADE was the first business school in Spain and the seventh in Europe to be awarded an accreditation for the quality of its Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral Degree programs, awarded by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International). Dr. Xavier Mendoza, Dean ESADE Business School - BBA, has been a member of the First Accreditation Committee of AACSB and is one of two European deans to serve on this committee.

    The Association of MBAs (AMBA)
The ESADE MBA program has been accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) since 1994.

  • These three prestigious international accreditations constitute what is referred to in the business world as the "triple crown", a recognition which, until today, has been achieved by only 30 business schools in the entire world.
