Senior Lecturer, Department of People Management and Organisation
Daniela holds a diploma (Bachelor + Master) in Psychology from the University of Bonn, Germany, and a PhD in Business Administration from Jacobs University Bremen, Germany. For her research, she has closely collaborated with companies from different industries as well as governmental organizations. Her work focuses on managing expatriates, factors affecting the expat experience and performance, and knowledge transfer. Daniela’s core teaching revolves around cross-cultural differences, people management, teamwork, and organizational behavior more generally.

Anna Bayona is an Assistant Professor at Esade Business School. She holds a PhD from IESE, a Masters in International Management from Esade and an MPhil in Economics from Cambridge University. Anna teaches investment and has extensive professional experience in strategic management consulting and banking.

Vicente Bermejo is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Esade. He has a PhD in Finance as well as a Master in Economics and Finance from CEMFI. He has written many research papers including two on liquidity issues. He is an experienced professor in financial risk management, accounting and economics.

He held positions as an Area Manager and Research Scientist at Xerox Research in France, as well as a Data Science Program Manager at BBVA. With an impressive portfolio of over 20 patents in AI and a proven track record of leading corporate Machine Learning teams, his expertise is invaluable to the program.
