The first focuses on leadership: self-mastery, self-awareness, adaptability, and situational leadership, highlighting why understanding oneself is critical to becoming an effective and influential entrepreneur. The second dimension addresses the practical realities of entrepreneurship in Africa, grounded in real founder experience.
