With Esade’s long-standing dedication to applying the latest techniques and research related to educating the next generation of leaders, in 2001 Prof. Ricard Serlavós, former Vice-Dean for Pedagogical Innovation at Esade, partnered with Prof. Richard Boyatzis to design and implement a leadership development course for graduates and Executive Education.

Known as the LEAD Program, this course had such success it was quickly introduced across 20+ business and law programs at Esade.

Our insights and empirical findings feed the creation of stimulating learning contents and experiences for the LEAD Program, Esade Masters and PhD programs in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This way, by ensuring an engaging knowledge transfer from research to business education, we effectively contribute to the betterment of business and coaching practices, benefiting society as a whole.
