Por Talento Latinoamérica

Advancing employment inclusion for people with disabilities requires addressing the barriers that limit their opportunities and engaging businesses, public authorities, and social organizations. This report, developed by the Esade Center for Social Impact, examines the lessons learned and good practices from Por Talento Latinoamérica, a program led by Fundación ONCE and BID Lab across five countries in the region. Drawing on the experiences of participating individuals and organizations, it proposes a comprehensive framework for impact measurement and management from a systems change perspective. It also offers recommendations for replicating and scaling initiatives that help build more inclusive labor markets centered on talent.
