Alfonso Zamarro, CEO of DEA Drones and ESADE Alumnus (BBA 2014), explains ESADE's role in his project of using drones for healthcare emergencies in Barcelona.
DEA Drones have thought an innovative proposal to create a drone network on the city rooftops with a range of action of 3 minutes. The network will be integrated within the existing SEM 112 emergency system. Once an alert is received at the coordination center, the doctor will locate the alert and send the drone. Then they will continue evaluating the alert.
