Esade, already well-established in Madrid since its arrival more than 25 years ago, is set to open a new campus in the Spanish capital in early 2025, in the Mirasierra district, at number 3, Calle Valle de la Fuenfría to be precise. This part of the northern area already boasts an outstanding cluster of educational establishments and the new Esade campus will increase its appeal as a hub for research, education and talent development.

The building belongs to Saint Croix Holding, and the company tasked with the architectural and design project is Savills, the consulting firm that also helped Esade pinpoint and select the perfect property for its new campus. The new premises – featuring cutting-edge innovation and tech facilities and fitted out to ensure maximum comfort and energy savings – are located in a single, four-story building with four façades providing more than 4,800 square meters for teaching, business links, research and social discussion.

In the words of Xavier Mendoza, Esade director general, “This new campus is in response to the increased demand for our Executive Education programs and we will bolster this campus as a meeting point for businesses, their managers and our entire community.” “Today, Esade is a benchmark forum generating ideas for public discussion and boosting economic and social growth. The new campus will drive our aim of providing inspiration and guidance for enterprises and companies as they deal with change,” added Mendoza.

A unique, collaborative setting

Esade’s new Madrid campus will have 13 classrooms plus teamwork rooms specially designed to deliver Esade’s own teaching method to its management training programs, plus multipurpose rooms for activities to boost links to businesses, an auditorium and a variety of leisure and networking areas. It will feature the latest tech developments and have an area for virtual reality and immersive experiences, plus a media room and other multipurpose, wellbeing areas.

The campus will house mainly the Esade Executive Education programs taught in Madrid. For the second year running, the Financial Times ranked Esade the fourth best school in the world for executive education. The Esade Executive MBAProgram for Management Development (PMD)Advanced Management Program (AMP) and Executive Masters in Finance, Digital Business and Marketing will be taught on this new campus. In addition to this wide range of courses, Esade offers many Open and blended In/On programs, plus custom programs for companies.

The new campus will also house the headquarters of the research centers of EsadeGeo, the EsadeEcPol Economic Policy Center and the Esade Center for Corporate Governance, plus the Esade Alumni unit in Madrid and the teams in Esade’s main corporate areas.

The new campus will focus on boosting Esade’s leading role with first-rate teaching staff, a committed human team and innovative programs designed in response to the management and transformation challenges facing purpose-driven companies and organizations. This project is a reflection of Esade’s strategic commitment to the Region of Madrid and to providing support for companies and business leaders.
