Esade ranked Spain's most reputable academic institution in 2026 by Merco

Esade ranks #64 among Spain's most reputable companies and #1 in the academic institution category.

The Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (Merco) has recognised Esade as Spain's most reputable academic insititution in the 26.ª edition of its ‘Merco Empresas’ ranking. Esade also ranks #64 among the top 100 companies with the best reputation in Spain in 2026.

“Reputation is arguably one of the most demanding assets for any institution,” said María Díaz, Director of Communications, Brand, and Institutional Relations at Esade. “That is why being recognised as Spain's most reputable academic institution by a community of executives, specialised professionals, opinion leaders and journalists, among others, is particularly meaningful for Esade. This recognition reclects trust in a brand that sees education as a driver of meaningfull impact, and in an educational model designed to develop leaders capable of navigating today’s complexity with humanism, sound judgment and responsibility.”

This recognition consolidates Esade’s position as a global benchmark in education, research and transformative impact, built on its strong connections to academia, business and society. Reputational ranking

Merco is one of the most prestigious corporate reputation monitors in Spain and Latin America. The ranking takes into account each company's and intstituiono's reputationoal achievements and progress, totether with assessments by exectuve committees and the opinions of different expert groups including journalists, financial analysts, trade unions and university professors. It also incorporates the results of other Merco monitors, including Digital & AI, Society and Talent.
