Businessweek ranks ESADE MBA #11 among non-U.S. programmes
ESADE is the #11 business school for an international MBA, according to Businessweek. The magazine’s list – highly considered in the United States, Latin America and Asia – is the only ranking of its kind to take into account the opinion of companies that hire MBA graduates. “Our showing in the Businessweek ranking confirms that ESADE’s MBA remains a point of reference in the global business world, commented Luis Vives, Associate Dean of the Full-Time MBA at ESADE. “The keys to our success are to constantly innovate and to provide students with the skills and tools they need to create value and lead in an increasingly global and digital world.
ESADE has climbed eight positions in the Businessweek ranking since last year. The magazine publishes separate lists for U.S. and non-U.S. business schools, both based on five factors: job placement percentage, starting salary, recruiter evaluations, alumni satisfaction, and current student opinions.
Recruiters choose ESADE
In recruiter satisfaction, ESADE has climbed 15 positions since last year. Companies praised ESADE for its graduates’ high degree of adaptability to each organisation’s needs and, especially, their global profile. Last year’s MBA graduating class included students of 59 different nationalities.
MBA alumni and student satisfaction
ESADE climbed three positions in student satisfaction this year, thanks largely to participants’ positive evaluations of the school’s Career Services team. Eighty-eight percent of ESADE’s MBA graduates secure employment within three months of graduating.
