50&50 GL, CEOE and Esade join forces to provide face-to-face courses in female leadership
50&50 GL, CEOE and Esade have joined forces for the second time to offer face-to-face courses in female leadership: "Young Leadership Programme: #UnstoppableGirls ". Registration ends on 3 July. This programme, the first in Spain to advance female leadership amongst young women aged 15 to 18, aims to give these young people the self-confidence necessary to undertake a professional career with no limits.
This programme places particular emphasis on responsible management, underpinned by the fundamental values demanded by today’s society: sustainability, inclusion, ethics, environmental protection and above all, compliance with the fifth UN Sustainable Development Goal: equality.
The "Young Leadership Programme #UnstoppableGirls" consists of five sessions to be held on the Esade Barcelona campus (13-17 July) and Madrid campus (20-24 July), which will give participants an insight into starting a business and the job market. They will also do some networking and develop a project to be presented on the last day of the course.
Classes with heads of business leaders
These sessions, by female Esade professors who are experts in each area, will address subjects essential in the business world: entrepreneurship, finance, communication and reputation, and people. In addition, each session will be complemented by the practical perspective of business leaders such as Verónica Fisas, CEO Natura Bissé; Rami Aboukhair, CEO Santander Spain; María Luisa Melo, Head of Communication, CSR and Institutional Relations at Huawei; Marieta Jiménez, VP Merck Europe and president of the cluster ClosinGap; and Antonio Garamendi, president of CEOE.
