Reflections on the publication process: Developmental Session

We are delighted to announce a developmental session with Natalia Karelaia (Professor at INSEAD, France), who will share her experience as Action Editor at Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes (OBHDP) and Management Science, top-tier journals in management and psychology.
During this session, Natalia will first share a few thoughts on the publication process, including key lessons she learned from her editorial experience. The main part of this session will be in a Q&A format, with, hopefully, a lively discussion among all attendees.
The session will last approximately one hour and is open to PhD students and faculty interested in deepening their understanding of the publication process in leading journals.
