Community of Practice

We work with people who want to actively shape the impact of technology on their communities, rather than simply adapting to it. If AI is already influencing how we connect, relate to others, and make decisions, the question is not whether it affects us, but who decides how it works. This community exists as a space to participate in that decision.

Being part of the Community of Practice means engaging in a process where ideas are not merely debated but transformed into something real. Participants explore how AI systems shape relationships, co-create new approaches, and test them in practice to understand what truly works. Young people are not peripheral participants but active collaborators whose perspectives directly influence the design and behavior of these systems.

It is not about learning about AI from the outside, but having a say in its evolution. It is a space where real-world issues are explored collectively, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds. Through research and co-creation aimed at social impact, the goal is to rethink how these systems are designed to foster human flourishing and a sense of belonging. Through this process, participants gain experience, contribute to something meaningful, and engage in conversations that often take place without them.

In essence, the community offers a space where voices matter and have a real impact, where curiosity and critical thinking are valued, and where it is possible to rethink the role of technology in our lives from the inside. It is an invitation to move from being passive technology users to becoming active agents who shape its evolution.

How it works: it is neither a discussion forum nor a traditional exchange network, but rather a working environment featuring a continuous cycle of co-creation, prototyping, validation, shared learning, and application.
