Artificial intelligence and the third sector: a balance between benefits and ethics

Artificial intelligence (AI) is ubiquitous in today’s world, influencing a wide range of industries. Adopting it is swiftly evolving from an option to a widespread need in contemporary society.

Yet this rapid spread of AI raises fundamental questions about how this technology can be incorporated at nonprofits, especially in the third sector. To address this challenge, it is essential not only to actively participate in AI’s development, but also to play a thoughtful role in its ethical and strategic implementation at such organizations.
