The Public Sector Observatory Esade - PwC and the Public Management Club of Esade ALUMNI Madrid held a meeting at Esade Madrid on January 25, 2023 to share a dynamic of joint reflection on the challenges of public-private collaboration with the objective of understanding the keys of relational governance and answering the following questions: How to identify the role of each party, the respective contributions and incentives? How to identify the most appropriate collaboration models? How to generate social and economic value? How to build the support and legitimacy necessary to promote collaborative dynamics?
