Barcelona Workshop on Global Governance 2027: Call for Papers

The Barcelona Workshop on Global Governance, organized by Esade Business School’s Center for Global Economy and Geopolitics (EsadeGeo) and the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI), aims to offer a leading venue for the study of global governance — its problems, dynamics, and effects — from an interdisciplinary perspective, bringing together scholarship from international relations, law, sociology, anthropology, political theory, public administration, and history. 

The 2027 edition of the workshop will focus on "The Future of Global Governance". 

The Organizing Committee of the Barcelona Workshop on Global Governance invites abstract proposals from interested scholars from all disciplines, and especially encourage those from early career researchers, women, and people of color. Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission portal by 11 October 2026.
