In recent years we have seen how non-financial information has become increasingly relevant. Both international and national organizations have developed or are developing new regulations, integrating new information requirements for companies, increasing the transparency of financial markets and enabling more informed decision making by different stakeholders, especially investors.
With the rise of ESG issues and in a context of increasing complexity, this report aims to guide those companies and their Boards of Directors who want to achieve a better overall understanding of the main issues to be taken into account in relation to non-financial reporting and the existing options and implications for stakeholders and the company itself.
