El papel de la mujer en el sector de Capital Privado en España
The female presence in governance and management positions in the Venture Capital & Private Equity sector in Spain is still far from matching the situation in other sectors, where, in recent years, the representation of women in leadership roles has successfully increased.
This study, prepared by Esade Corporate Governance Center, Boyden, Ascri and Atrevia, aims to determine the current state of the Spanish Venture Capital & Private Equity sector in terms of diversity in management positions.
The methodology applied, the use of qualitative data and the proactive approach through recommendations at two levels make this analysis one of the first to present a radiography based on the testimony of the main players in the sector.
