The BITLASI Transform Tomorrow Challenge is an opportunity to imagine the world you want to live in… and to start building it today. To take part in the Challenge, we invite you to explore the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and choose the one that inspires you the most. From there, your mission will be to create an innovative proposal that offers a real, creative, and sustainable solution to the global challenge you selected. The challenge
Are you the kind of person who cares about what’s happening and wants to make things better? Someone who thinks outside the box and gets involved in the global issues of the 21st century? Do you have an entrepreneurial drive that makes you want to change the status quo? The Esade Social Impact Business Challenge is your chance to show us your talent!
How to take part
What are we looking for?
You will be rewarded for coming up with the most convincing, impactful and robust answer (you won’t make your project more competitive just by compiling more data!). Specifically, we want you to show us your capability to:
- Understand and argue (with data) the magnitude of the problem in your home country.
- Identify the main factors and demonstrate them during your video proposal.
- Prepare a maximum of two main ideas/lines of action and explain them in detail (always based on your previous research and linked to the analysis).
- Show how to calculate the impact of your actions.
- Come up with and present a proposal that is understandable, relevant, convincing, robust, well grounded, impactful, creative, credible, and consistent.
Presentation guidelines
- A slide presentation of a maximum of 6 pages explaining your proposal.
- An executive summary highlighting key ideas.
- A 4-minute video explaining the journey you have taken to reach your proposal. Don't forget to explain which part of creating your proposal has been the most difficult for you.
- All documents and video should be presented in English.
- The slide presentation must contain the project/problem title and your personal information: name(s) and surname(s), nationality, country of residence, school name, e-mail and contact telephone number.
Structure of the competition
Stage 1
Proposal & video submission by 14 April 2026. Any proposals or documents received at a later date than the deadline stipulated in the rules of this challenge will not be accepted.
Stage 2
Winner & runner-up will be announced on 20 April 2026 by the BITLASI Transform Tomorrow: Social Impact Business Challenge Committee.
Eligibility criteria
The challenge is open to high school students graduating in 2026 and 2027.

- 100% rebate on the tuition fee for the first year of the Bachelor in Transformational Leadership and Social Impact Leadership

Runner-up
- 50% rebate on the tuition fee for the first year of the Bachelor in Transformational Leadership and Social Impact Leadership
- Plus a free Esade Admissions Test
If no applications meet the eligibility criteria or guidelines,Transform Tomorrow: Social Impact Business Challenge Committee reserves the right to declare a prize void.
