The tuition fee for the Bachelor in Transformational Leadership and Social Impact at Esade is €20,500 per academic year. This amount includes teaching fees and language learning.

The program is taught entirely in English. 

In second year, you’ll travel with your entire class to Berlin. For six weeks, you’ll immerse yourself in one of Europe’s leading innovation hubs, where you’ll explore how new ideas and initiatives are launched and scaled.

In third year, you’ll head to Shanghai (4 weeks) to unlock more of your potential and gain the mindset and skillset needed to identify disruptive insights and scale businesses to new heights. In this final module, you’ll apply everything you’ve learned over the past three years in a dynamic, volatile and complex environment — preparing you to face real-world challenges with confidence and creativity.

BITLASI prepares you to lead with purpose in a wide range of professional environments. You’ll be ready to join certified B-Corporations and companies that align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, taking on roles such as Chief Innovation Officer, Sustainability Lead, or CSR Executive.

You’ll also be equipped to work in strategic areas like marketing, finance, operations, human resources or innovation — either within companies or as a consultant.

Beyond the corporate world, BITLASI opens doors to NGOs, foundations and international organizations focused on sustainable development. 
And if you’re driven by entrepreneurship, you’ll have the mindset, network and support to launch your own startup, with access to Esade’s global entrepreneurial ecosystem in Barcelona, Europe and Asia.
