Breaking Barriers: The Story of Jesús Argumedo in Esade’s Executive MBA
From the very first moment Jesús Argumedo Castañeda, an international PhD in Advertising and Public Relations, discovered Esade, he knew he wanted to be part of its community. His determination to become a top executive led him to pursue the Executive MBA, a journey in which he has proven that true barriers only exist if one accepts them as such.
During his time in the EMBA Madrid program at Esade, Jesús not only gained knowledge and strategic skills but also found an environment where diversity and inclusion are fundamental pillars. He was the first visually impaired student to complete the program successfully, thanks to his resilience and the support of professors, classmates, and the school’s staff.
"If there were ‘supposed accessibility barriers,’ we would all work together to identify opportunities to develop solutions and alternatives," Jesús shares.
