Designed for professionals based in Spain and across Europe, the Executive MBA Monthly format allows you to combine an MBA with a demanding career. Classes take place one extended weekend per month (Thursday to Saturday), offering the flexibility to balance work, study, and personal commitments.
Choose between our Madrid edition (starting in February) or Barcelona edition (starting in November). While classes are primarily held on the selected campus, some modules take place on the other campus, giving participants access to the networks and business ecosystems of both cities. Taught entirely in English, the program provides a truly international learning experience.

Expand your leadership beyond borders through a range of international learning opportunities.
The Executive MBA Monthly includes up to three International Immersion Experiences—one mandatory and two optional—in destinations across Europe, the United States, and Asia. These immersive experiences provide firsthand exposure to global business environments, emerging trends, and diverse leadership perspectives.
Participants can also enhance their global outlook by taking selected electives at one of Esade's partner business schools around the world.
The next edition of the Executive MBA in Madrid will begin in February at the Esade campus in Madrid.
Opened in January 2025, the Esade Madrid campus is located in the Mirasierra district. Spanning over four floors and more than 4,800 m², its cutting-edge technology and innovative architectural and space design enhance the educational experience and promote disruptive learning.

Esade - Campus Barcelona
The Esade Executive MBA takes place on the Executive campus in Barcelona. This is located in the Pedralbes neighborhood, just 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike from the city center. All Executive Education programs and the Full Time MBA are also held on this campus, allowing Executive MBA participants to share a very international and diverse environment.
