Our Executive MBA in an Online (Blended) learning format
Designed for today’s global executives seeking ultimate flexibility, this format seamlessly blends weekly live online classes—held on Friday or Saturday afternoons—with four on-campus weeks in Barcelona and Madrid. Delivered over 22 months, the program combines the convenience of online learning with the depth of in-person experiences, and includes three international experiences (one required) to broaden your global perspective.

Flexible and Diverse
The new Executive MBA Online (Blended) gives you the option to attend live online classes on either Fridays or Saturdays, during one of the following time slots:
- Fridays, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM (CET/CEST)
- Saturdays, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM (CET/CEST)
You can choose when to join the live online sessions based on what works best for your time zone, with a total of 3.5 hours of classes each week.

The perfect blend: online and on-campus learning
In the Executive MBA Online (Blended), courses are typically structured as follows:
- START: Live online sessions to kick off the course, along with preparatory independent work by each participant
- DEVELOPMENT: Face-to-face sessions on campus as part of one of the four residential modules
- CLOSING: Live online sessions to wrap up the learning process, with the goal of maximizing the integration of knowledge and skills
Some courses are delivered fully online, combining live sessions with independent work, while others take place entirely in a residential format as part of one of the on-campus modules.
Your Executive MBA, your way
The Executive MBA Online (Blended) allows you to tailor your learning pace.
You can choose the day to attend your online classes (Friday or Saturday, with different time slots) to best suit your time zone.
In addition, you can adjust your study schedule to fit your agenda, as you’ll be able to study during the week whenever it’s most convenient for you—making it easier to keep up with both your professional and personal commitments.
A Global Experience
The EMBA Online (Blended) includes the same global learning opportunities as our other Executive MBA formats.
The Executive MBA offers three International Immersion Experiences. One of these weeks is mandatory, while the others are optional. The destinations available include Europe, the United States, and Asia.
You will also have the opportunity to choose to take some electives abroad in one of our partner business schools.
Esade - Campus Barcelona
The Esade Executive MBA takes place on the Executive Campus in Barcelona. This is located in the Pedralbes neighborhood, just 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike from the city center.
All Executive Education programs and the Full Time MBA are also held on this campus, allowing Executive MBA participants to share a very international and diverse environment.

The next edition of the Executive MBA in Madrid will begin in February at the Esade Campus in Madrid.
Opened in January 2025, the Esade Madrid campus is located in the Mirasierra district. Spanning over four floors and more than 4,800 m², its cutting-edge technology and innovative architectural and space design enhance the educational experience and promote disruptive learning.
