BITLASI is a multidisciplinary program covering three crucial fields of knowledge:

Business: You’ll learn entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, operations, corporate strategy, design thinking, and more. How? Not attending separate subjects but in cross-cutting projects. In other words, in the morning you will have lectures from a diverse faculty team. In the afternoon, you’ll learn how to apply theory to practice, always working in teams on a real project.

Humanities: More than ever, being a manager means facing ethical dilemmas. By learning self-awareness, philosophy, anthropology, sociology and psychology, you’ll gain a critical edge in the human aspects of business.

Technology: As a business leader, you will have to make the most of disruptive technologies. BITLASI will help you develop skills and knowledge of AI, Big Data and more, and learn how to apply their power to solve human problems. ​

As well as a compulsory internship and diverse projects with leading companies, you can also help to improve the lives of poor and at-risk people and communities through a voluntary solidarity internship.

Impact Talks throughout the program give you a direct connection with leaders as they share their perspectives on real issues in multinational companies, B-corps, and startups.

We live in an interconnected and ever-changing world where the pace of innovation is unparalleled in human history, and numerous new global challenges continue to unfold. In the face of this context, developing specific soft skills and gaining particular personal experiences becomes essential to become an agent of change. We believe that to enhance the individual learning goals of BITLASI, a combination of learning spaces must be provided to students during the 4 years of the Bachelor.

Based on that, the program is built upon various learning environments, including the BITLASI room, online platforms, Fab Lab, media room, company facilities, and international ecosystems in Europe and Asia. There is no better way to understand an ecosystem than by experiencing it firsthand.

Business, Humanities and Technology, these 3 fields of knowledge, will be taught through 3 different learning methods.

The “Learn to Learn” track is where you will develop the fundamental cognitive skills that will allow you to always keep on learning while acquiring knowledge and skills from courses such as algorithmic thinking, creative thinking, critical thinking, and more.

Among the largest track, the “learn to innovate” track, you will learn business related subjects including marketing, finance, strategy, design thinking...etc) and learn how to carry them out through a continuous flow of real projects.

The third track, “Lean to Think” is aimed to improve your philosophical and humanistic skills through Socratic dialogues and liberal arts courses to help you questioning the status quo and everything we take for granted. In this track we discuss in depth the main challenges of humankind and how the individual and the professional can contribute to solve them.

With approximately 25 nationalities per BITLASI cohort, or more than 40 when considering BITLASI classmates together, BITLASI boasts a truly multicultural class profile. Moreover, students share the same purpose: to learn how to align profitable businesses with the SDGs, overcome global challenges, and develop all the necessary skills and mindset to truly become successful agents of change, whether through their social start-up or by joining a company with a social impact mission

Stepping out of the students' comfort zones and equipping BILTASI’s students not only with knowledge but also with the skills, mindset, and experiences necessary to excel in unfamiliar environments and identify business opportunities from unknown contexts is possible when moving out of Spain. During the program, our students will live transformative international experiences that will show them how to take advantage of any ecosystem, always with a social impact approach.
