Esade offers you a range of scholarships, grants and financial aid options to help you access the degree programme you want to study. If you’ve got the talent and the drive, we don’t want the costs to get in the way of your dreams.

Apply for Yours: scholarships were granted to 65% of the students who applied for one.

Once you’ve been accepted onto the programme, you can apply for a grant or scholarship. Discover the different options available and the criteria you need to be eligible.

Scholarships for talented students with financial need

Esade offers a range of need-based scholarships for candidates based on both academic merit and demonstrable financial need.

To apply for a scholarship, you must complete the application process for each one of them.

Scholarships are not compatible with other prizes or awards granted by Esade.

Esade Talent Scholarships


For students with a distinguished academic record who can demonstrate financial need.

 

The scholarship covers between 25% and 100% of tuition fees for the academic year.

Esade Lodging Grants


For students who live outside Barcelona province, have a distinguished academic record and can demonstrate financial need.

 

The amount of this scholarship covers 50% - 100% of the cost of living in the Residencia Universitària Sarrià student housing complex (in this case, only for first-year undergraduate students) located close to the Esade Barcelona-Pedralbes campus or in the Residencia Universitaria “Roberto de Nobili” student dorm located on the Esade Barcelona-Sant Cugat campus.

Esade Exchange Scholarships


Extension of the Esade Talent Scholarship for students for students who have been assigned a study-abroad destination, have a distinguished academic record and can demonstrate financial need.

 

The amount of the scholarship is from €2,000 to €3,000

Esade SUD Scholarships


Extension of the Esade Talent Scholarship for students for students who have applied for a solidarity professional internship with the University Development Service (SUD), have a distinguished academic record and can demonstrate financial need.

 

The amount of the scholarship is from €1,000 to €2,500.

Esade Living Grants


Aimed at candidates who need to compensate for some of the transport costs and general costs different from the academic fees, related to the costs of studying at Esade, and have a solid academic record though limited economic resources.

 

The amount of each scholarship is €450 per month which should be managed appropriately to cover transport and general expenses other than tuition and fees derived from studying at Esade.

How can you apply for an award?

    Requirements

    > You must already have been admitted to your degree or double degree programme.

    > You must meet the specific requirements of each award.

    Where to apply for it

    > Log into your Candidate Portal.

    > Access the award information section. It is essential to read the introductory guide in order to complete your application correctly.

    Documents that will be evaluated

    > The documentation you sent during your admission process.

    > The completed award application.

    > Any other specific documents that may be requested in order to gain the award.

    Committee decision

    The result of your application will be personally communicated to you, whether you are given the award or not.

    Apply for the award that best defines you 

    You can only apply for one award. If you also receive a scholarship, the sum of them cannot exceed 100% of the tuition fees for the first academic year.

    The number of awards is limited and will be subject to available resources

    If the committee grants you an award but its resources have already been fully allocated, Esade will evaluate your application for other types of award for which you meet the requirements.

Esade Do Good. Do Better


1. Who is it for?:

Students of any nationality or country of origin with an excellent academic record: average grade greater than or equal to 9.5 in the last 2 years of high school (or equivalent in the educational system of any country in the world) or International Baccalaureate.

 

2. How much is it worth?: 75% of first-year tuition fees.

 

3. Application deadline: 31st March (before the beginning of the first academic year) or until all funds have been fully allocated.

 

4. Five types of award based on the geographical location of the applicant:

> Esade Do Good. Do Better for America: South America, Central America, North America and the Caribbean.

> Esade Do Good. Do Better for Asia & Pacific: Asia and Oceania

> Esade Do Good. Do Better for Middle East

Esade for Excellence


1. Who is it for?:

Students of any nationality or country of origin with an excellent academic record: average grade greater than or equal to 9.5 in the last 2 years of high school (or equivalent in the educational system of any country in the world) or International Baccalaureate.

We pay special attention to students who demonstrate outstanding performance in terms of academic results as well as in international and extracurricular experience.

 

2. How much is it worth?: Up to 50% of first-year tuition fees.

 

3. Application deadline: 10th June (before the beginning of the first academic year) or until all funds have been fully allocated.

 

4. Five types of award based on the geographical location of the applicant:

 

> Esade for European Excellence

> Esade for American Excellence: South America, Central America, North America and the Caribbean.

> Esade for Asian & Pacific Excellence: Asia and Oceania.

> Esade for Middle Eastern Excellence

Esade Global Citizen


1. Who is it for?:

Students of any nationality or country of origin with an excellent academic record: average grade of between 9 and 9.49 in the last 2 years of high school (or equivalent in the educational system of any country in the world) or International Baccalaureate.

We pay special attention to students who demonstrate a global, collaborative perspective and the curiosity to find solutions with sustainable impact.

 

2. How much is it worth?: 25% of first-year tuition fees.

 

3. Application deadline: 10th June (before the beginning of the first academic year) or until all funds have been fully allocated.

Esade Innovation Spirit


1. Who is it for?:

Students of any nationality or country of origin with an excellent academic record: average grade of between 9 and 9.49 in the last 2 years of high school (or equivalent in the educational system of any country in the world) or International Baccalaureate.

 

We pay special attention to students who demonstrate a disruptive mindset and talent for creativity, invention and innovation.

 

2. How much is it worth?: 25% of first-year tuition fees.

 

3. Application deadline: 10th June (before the beginning of the first academic year) or until all funds have been fully allocated.

Esade Social Impact


1. Who is it for?:

Students of any nationality or country of origin with an excellent academic record: average grade of between 9 and 9.49 in the last 2 years of high school (or equivalent in the educational system of any country in the world) or International Baccalaureate.

We pay special attention to students who demonstrate that they have done voluntary work in a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) or a charity, and who show the commitment and potential to lead, support or contribute to improving social impact in business or the public sector.

 

2. How much is it worth?: 25% of first-year tuition fees.

 

3. Application deadline: 10th June (before the beginning of the first academic year) or until all funds have been fully allocated.

Grants for siblings studying at Esade

Esade Family Grants

For students with one or more siblings studying for a Bachelor’s degree at Esade or Master in Legal Practice + Specialization Master. 

They cover 10% of tuition fees for subjects in which students have to enrol a second time.

Your scholarship will now be valid throughout your undergraduate studies

That’s right! If the Scholarship Committee awards you a Talent or Lodging scholarship, you’ll be entitled to receive the benefits every year of your undergraduate programme.

Your scholarship status will be reviewed once a year to ensure that you still meet the academic and economic requirements. You will simply have to complete a renewal process every year.
