Program objectives

Leading and Building in Africa: The Inner and Outer Journey of Entrepreneurship

Esade Business School, in collaboration with the UCT Investment Society, University of Stellenbosch Investment Society, University of Stellenbosch Consulting Society, ABSIP and Phaphama SEDI, invites you to an exclusive on-campus workshop. This workshop explores two essential dimensions of building a business. The first focuses on leadership: self-mastery, self-awareness, adaptability, and situational leadership, highlighting why understanding oneself is critical to becoming an effective and influential entrepreneur. The second dimension addresses the practical realities of entrepreneurship in Africa, grounded in real founder experience.
