Esade Master in Management programs are primarily targeted at those with undergraduate degrees in business administration or economics.
 
If your degree is in a different discipline, we still invite you to apply. The Admissions Committee will assess your candidacy and, if admitted, we will ask you to enroll in the Business Integration Path (BIP) course, which will give you a grounding in management basics.

The objective of the first term is to build strong foundations on marketing in general and especially deepen our knowledge in the process of creating value for customers and building strong relationships with them.

It comprises five core courses across a variety of disciplines:

• Digital Marketing (4 ECTS)
• Marketing Strategy (3 ECTS)
• Consumer Behaviour and Decision-Making (4 ECTS)

During the second term we will keep developing insight into the marketplace and gain a thorough grounding about the process of delivering and capturing value from customers.

There are five specialized courses:

MASTER'S PROJECT KICK OFF & ELECTIVES

The third term is designed for each participant to shape their own path by developing the skills and competencies they need based on their interests and career aspirations. To this end, you will select five electives from a wide range of options, kick off your master’s project, and have the opportunity to pursue part-time internships if you wish.

MASTER'S PROJECT KICK OFF

You can choose from three different formats:

· Business Plan, aimed at developing your understanding on entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. 
· In-company project, based on a professional internship or collaboration with a real company.
· Masters thesis, aimed at demonstrating your research abilities by exploring an issue in depth

You will receive full support from your tutors, regardless of the format chosen. You will also have to complete a prior preparation course.

Public defense options: July or October.

MASTER'S PROJECT DEFENSE / INTERNSHIP

If you choose to do so, you may opt for the “fast track” option to present your master’s project in July, and you’ll also have the opportunity to pursue internships.

MASTERS PROJECT DEFENSE & GRADUATION

In October, you will have a second opportunity to present your master’s project, followed by your graduation celebration.
