MSc Career Development

Your career success is our priority

Our MSc programs immerse you in global career opportunities. Career fairs, workshops, company presentations, and recruitment events connect you with top employers while tailored support helps you excel in a competitive job market. From day one, you will benefit from:

General trainings

Cross-sector training sessions offered at the beginning of the program focus on the different steps of the career journey and provide a solid base for the internship and full-time job search.

Individual Advising

Keeping in mind the individual needs of our students, we offer personalized 1-1 sessions on various topics like Career Strategy Meetings, Sectorial Advisings, Mock Interviews, CV reviews, and even Psychosocial Analysis of Career Choices. Our goal is to support our students every step of the way.

Non-EU specific sessions

We understand that students from non-EU backgrounds may encounter additional challenges when entering the EU job market. To support them, we offer sessions with legal experts who explain visa and work permit processes in key countries, as well as opportunities to hear directly from non-EU alumni working in the region. These sessions also include tailored guidance on how to approach the European job search effectively.

Sector-specific training

Sectorial trainings help students learn about the market, typical careers, and recruitment timelines. Specific sessions are delivered for Consulting, Financial Services,Tech, Healthcare, Retail and Luxury, International Organisations, Social Impact, and other sectors.

CV books

In addition to sharing job opportunities, our employer engagement team will promote suitable student profiles to our recruiting partners via general and specific CV books. This gives Esade candidates an edge in a highly competitive job market.

Wisdom Pill: “Cross-cultural Management” by Prof. Dr. Daniela Noethen

“Cross-Cultural Differences” by Dr. Daniela Noethen, Academic Director of the MSc in International Management This class gives you a first-hand impression of what it means to study at ESADE and experience a student-focused, interactive learning approach. Moreover, with ESADE being such a diverse and multi-cultural learning environment, the class will give you an introduction to the meaning and importance of culture, its influence on our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, in and outside of organizations. You will get a glimpse of the vast differences that exist between different cultures and how they affect management practices. Biography: Daniela Noethen holds a PhD in Business Administration (Jacobs University Bremen, Germany) as well as a Diploma in Psychology (bachelor plus master, University of Bonn, Germany), and spent a year studying Psychology at the University of British Columbia (Canada). Her research focuses on global mobility and expatriation, looking at both the management of expatriates and the expatriate experience. Studying traditional corporate expatriates sent on temporary assignments, their selection, knowledge transfer and performance, as well as other forms of expatriation and global mobility (e.g., split family expatriation or expatriates who decide to stay), she contributes to the growing knowledge base on how to manage employees and make important career and family decisions in a globalized world.
