New edition of the executive training programmes for NGOs
Esade and the ”la Caixa” Foundation present a new edition of their executive training programmes for NGOs for the 2026–2027 academic year:
- "Dirección y Gestión de ONG" (Madrid) - 28th edition
- "Liderazgo, Innovación e Impacto Social" (Barcelona) - 21st edition
Both programmes are designed to strengthen the management capacities of people leading social organisations, combining management, leadership and innovation to better respond to the current challenges of the third sector.
We ensure knowledge transfer and experience-based education through training programs to help our students develop and enhance their capacities as agents of change and thus contribute to improving society.
For this reason, the Institute participates transversally in Esade's educational programs, offering subjects such as Business in Society; Managing Sustainable Impact; Corporate Social Responsibility; Ethnographic Sensibility as a Tool for Social Change; Dignity, Resistance & Social Change; Business Ethics & CSR; Social Thinking; Business, Government & Society; Technology for Social Impact; and Big Data, Regulation & Ethics, among others.
In addition, the Institute organizes specific training programs aimed at individuals with management responsibilities in the non-profit sector: "Dirección y Gestión de ONG", "Liderazgo, Innovación e Impacto Social", and Esade-PwC Social Leadership Program.
