The programme is markedly multidisciplinar in focus, from both an academic and practical perspective. Academically, it encompasses the legal-mercantile, fiscal, financial and accounting subjects which the operations mentioned above imply.
The practical content is based on the case study method, concretely a global study encompassing the mercantile, financial, accounting and fiscal components of corporate finance operations. These are ordered chronologically and with increasing complexity corresponding to the subjects as they are addressed throughout the course.
