• Joint Certificate in International and Business
    Law or the beginning of a long international career
Do you want to develop an international career in Law?

ESADE Law School offers the training that you need to give your professional career even more of an international profile. In parallel to the Master, you will have the opportunity to take the Joint Certificate in International and Business Law, an innovating and unique programme in Spain that will provide you with an international approach to Business Law.

The programme is delivered jointly by the four prestigious universities that form the Themis network: Freie Universität Berlin(Germany), Université de Paris XII (France), Università Bocconi (Italy), Maastricht University (Netherlands) and ESADE (Spain). Themis network also relies on the university Penn Law (USA) as associate university. This network aims to deliver an international programme, award a joint degree and establish relationships that facilitate academic exchanges and interuniversity research.

If you would like to attain this additional qualification, you will be required:

· To spend a semester on an academic exchange at an institution belonging to the Themis network.
· To conduct a professional internship of at least 6 weeks in an international law firm or company, preferably abroad.
· To attend a law seminar delivered by professors from the associated universities, held once a year at one of these universities.

Double Degree

· If you are interested in pursuing an international career in Business Law, ESADE offers you the opportunity, unique in Spain, to attain the International Joint Degree in Business Law.
· In order to attain this qualification, you will be required to participate in an exchange programme at one of the Themis network universities, to conduct international professional internships and to attend a law seminar.

· The Themis network is made up of four of the most prestigious European universities: Freie Universität Berlin (Germany), Université de Paris XII (France), Università Bocconi (Italy) and ESADE (Spain).
