Program objectives

When you graduate, you will: 

  • Possess a systemic understanding of a company and be able to manage the paradoxes inherent in international business.
  • Embrace and manage complexity.
  • Identify global challenges and problems and integrate them into core business policies and activities.
  • Master the competencies necessary to implement global strategies in the different functional areas of a company such as operations, marketing or finance.
  • Build purpose and meaning.
  • Naturally employ analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Become a responsible leader who acts with integrity, embraces diversity, fosters inclusion, and is committed to advancing a fairer society while supporting UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The Master in International Management is a 1 year program worth 60 ECTS. Participants who complete the program will obtain the official university degree of Master of Science in International Management.
