War & Peace
The seminars on War & Peace in the 21st Century are held at the Palau de Pedralbes in January and are organized by CIDOB under the auspices of Barcelona City Council in collaboration with EsadeGeo (Center for Global Economy and Geopolitics) and sponsored by Obra Social “la Caixa”.
Throughout these years, we have held high-level closed-door seminars bringing leading international figures together with over a hundred relevant representatives of the Spanish civil society. The previous seminars gathered high-level experts, intellectuals and policy makers who discussed intensively on issues such as the peace process in Colombia, the Iran nuclear deal, the transatlantic relations, the Arab Spring, world governance or Russia and the EU.
