Executives with high-level responsibilities within their companies, with a minimum of 10 years’ professional experience. Committed to their organisations and to their own executive development, they aim to complete their management education at the highest level, complementing their experience and previous training with general management know-how and specific competences. They should have a business-level command of English, which will enable them to participate in all sessions as well as the international experience that forms part of this programme.

- Creating a personal model for managing your development as an executive and adopting a frame of reference for ongoing learning.
- Gaining enrichment from an international experience at a business school that is a worldwide leader in intrapreneurship, entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Broadening your professional relationships by joining a prestigious network.
Personal development strategy At the sessions dedicated to leadership and executive skills, students will have the chance to carry out a personal diagnosis. Through the LEAD Programme, developed over 20 years by Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis and exclusively adapted for Europe by ESADE, students will devise a personal development strategy that fits the profile of ideal leadership. In addition to lecture sessions, students will participate in various reflection and self-knowledge exercises, a 360º feedback process, coaching sessions, and the development of a supervised learning plan.
International period The programme includes an intensive period at Babson College (Boston, United States), one of the world's leading business schools in entrepreneurship and innovation. During the international period, academic sessions will be combined with work sessions that cover case studies and feature the participation of executives from the companies in question. This period in an unfamiliar setting provides students with a wonderful opportunity to broaden their knowledge from an international viewpoint and learn about ways of generating innovation within an organisation.
Strategic simulator The simulator provides interactive experience with business management, especially in the areas of strategic management and business policy. Students will 'manage' a series of companies for the equivalent of three years and make decisions in all major functional areas. The simulation gives students the chance to recognise their own skills and enjoy a dynamic experience that combines day-to-day reality with the integrated vision of strategic management.
Synergy simulator This seminar is based on a behavioural simulator that transports students from an environment of uncertainty (growth and expansion, changes, new lines of business, mergers, takeovers) to an environment of complexity (markets that are mature, competitive, globalised and interrelated). The fun, powerful and experience-based dynamic of this activity has a large emotional impact. By inspiring motivation and cohesion, organisations are able to face possible risks and take advantage of potential opportunities and synergies.
CEO Forum The programme features the participation of an important leader from the world of business and economics. At a luncheon (in Madrid) and a dinner (in Barcelona), this individual gives a lecture on a current-affairs topic and then participates in a discussion and shares impressions with the students. These sessions give students an exceptional opportunity to debate ideas with key figures and learn from their experience and vision in a relaxed environment.
